The length of a rectangle is 3 cm greater than its
width. Its area is 108 cm. Find the dimensions
of the rectangle.

So the Area = length • width
so first say the width is x so the length is +3 then the width so the length is (x+3)

the formula would be; x•(x+3) = 108
x=9

so the width is; 9 cm
and the length is; 9+3= 12cm
