That means;

In 10 days Aakash can complete 1 work.

In 1 day Aakash can complete (1/10) work.

In 4 days Aakash can complete (1/10)*4 part of work.

Therefore, in 4 days he can complete 2/5 part of work.

After 4 days Safal had to work.

So, work left was 1 - (2/5) {work left = whole work - done work}.

[tex] = \frac{3}{5} [/tex]

Therefore, the work Safal had to do was 3/5 part of work.
