The answer would be C.
1/2 x -12/5 = -6/5
You multiple across the top and bottom so you would do 1 x -12, which equals -12 (the numerator) and then 2 x 5 = 10 (the denominator) so the answer is -12/10, this can be simplified to -6/5.
