Evaporation is the disappearance of water in hot temperatures. If you pour hot water (preferably boiling) you will see steam, just an example.

Evaporation is when water changes from a liquid to a gas. The sun has a huge roll in this because the sun’s heat changes water into vapor. The vapor is imperceptible until it mixes with dust in the air.
