The leader attributes that affects the learning and behavior of an individual are: character, attitude, and intellect. Character is the mental and moral qualities that a leader has. Attitude is the expression of interest towards a person,place or event. And intellect is the faculty of reasoning and understanding with regards to plan and decision of a leader.
