					                   The friend should do his/her research about fitness and they need to know the danger of not being fit. They can also talk with teachers. Parents or like I said the internet 
					                
					                
					             
					                   So what I really recommend is do your research a lot and one thing is look on Pinterest it really helps and drink water every day make sure u eat ur vedgtablas and fruit and most importantly have fun
