Sally is making a scale drawing of her apartment.
• She drew a line measuring 1 1/2 inches to represent the 12-foot width of her living room.
• The length of her living room is 18 feet.

How long a line should Sally draw to represent the length of her living room?

The answer is B
We know that 1 1/2 is 12 foot
So we divide it by 2 so we know every 6 feet how long is it so we will get 0.75 for each 6 feet.
Now we divide 18ft by 3. We will have three sixs
Now multiple 0.75 by 3 = 2.25 which means the answer is B
