If 13 berries cost $2.60 and 17 berries cost $3.06, which has the better rate?

17 berries cost 3.06

for the first option, you would divide 2.60 by 13 to find the rate for each berry and you would get 0.2, then you would divide the second option to where you get 0.18. as you can tell, your answer would be 17 berries for $3.06 :)
