					                   Bacteria are prokaryotic. So I would say (prokaryotic cells are single-celled), because, Bacteria don’t have nucleus, prokaryotes in general don’t have nucleus. Prokaryotes contain cell membrane, bacteria cells contain plasmids which have DNA.
