Your answer is 3 times larger.

The volume of any cone is 1/3 the volume of the cylinder that could be formed around that cone, therefore the volume of any cylinder is 3 times larger than the volume of the cone that could fit inside.

We know this is true because the equation for the volume of a cone is (1/3) πr²h, and the equation for the volume of a cylinder is πr²h
