This is a smart question, so let me show you the trick of it.

176 feet per second
but we dont know per minute

We know that 60 seconds = 1 minute
with that information we can solve it

If 176 .......... 1 second
    x  .............. 60 second
x = 176 * 60
x= 10560

He is falling 10560 feet per minute
