The area of a rectangle is calculated through the equation, V = L x W. That of the circle is equal to V = πr². These areas should be equal,
                                  V = L x W = πr²
Substituting the known values,
                               2 ft x 11 ft = (22/7)(r²)
The value of r is sqrt 7.
