I think the answer would be -16, because the if you were to find the inverse of the function states above, the answer would be f-1(x)= (x + 6^2) / 2. By plugging “-4” into the equation as x, you would have (-4 + 6^2) / 2, which if you simplify through PEMDAS, you would end up with f-1(-4) = -16
