T stands for translation of the of the point (-12,2). The translation states (-2,5) in meaning you would move the point two to the left and 5 up. The new point would become (-14, 7). It then says D 1/2 in meaning dilate the point by 1/2 or multiply its coordinates but half so 1/2 -14 and 1/2 7 which would leave you with the coordinates (-7, 3.5)
