substitute c=14 and d=13:

14/2-3+6/13

simplify:

7-3+6/13

4+6/13

multiply 4 by 13/13 to group like terms (for a fraction):

52/13+6/13

combine:

58/13

Therefore, the answer is 58/13 or around 4.462
