y1 - y2 / x1 - x2

2 - 4 / -2 - 3

-2/-5

2/5 = Slope

y = mx + b

2 = 2/5(-2) + b

2 = -4/5 + b

2 4/5 = b

24/5 = b

y = 2/5x + 24/5
