Huntington's Disease is definitely a inheritable disease that doesn't appear until later in a persons life.

This is a neurodegenerative disease or disorder that has an effect on how the muscles work and then  also affects the brain.

There are many inheritable diseases. I think cancer can be considered another inheritable disease. If a family is known to have cancer throughout their lineage then the chances of the offspring having cancer is also greater.

Hopefully this helped and good luck.
