it'll be 13 in because the fish takes 13in long in the fish is 3 inches long and so if you just add 10 + 3 and I will give you 13 so yeah therefore it will be 10 inches
The fish tank is 10 cm longer than the fish because the difference between 13 and 3 is 10.
