Answer is A (27.7)
Circumference of a circle= π × Diameter
Were not calculating the Circumference but the radius.
The radius is half of the circumference.

So:
Radius= Circumference ÷ 2
= 55.3 ÷ 2
= 27.65 (rounded to the nearest tenth is 27.7)
Therefore the radius is 27.7
