3(-2x-1)=2(x+5)
you distribute first so you get
-6x-3=2x+10
then you add 3 on both sides so you get
-6x=2x+13
subtract 2x on both sides now to get
-8x=13
lastly you divide -8 on both sides so its
x=13/-8 so C
