15 pigs and 40 sheep

10 cows is equivalent to 2 parts of the ratio, hence

[tex]\frac{10}{2}[/tex] = 5 ← 1 part of the ratio, hence

8 parts = 8 × 5 = 40 ← number of sheep

3 parts = 3 × 5 = 15 ← number of pigs
