4/9-7x=0 (subtract 4/9 from both sides of the equation)

-7x=-4/9 (now multiply from -7 both sides of the equation)

[tex]x = \frac{ - 4}{9} \div \frac{ - 7}{1} = \frac{ - 4}{9} \times \frac { - 1}{7} = \frac{ - 4 \times (- 1)}{9 \times 7} = \frac{4}{63} [/tex]
x=4/63
