First look at point P, on the number line number of divisions are 5 between two consecutive integers and point P is place on the 3rd division out of total 5 divisions

so Point P is
[tex]2 \frac{3}{5} [/tex]
and point Q is opposite of point P,

hence opposite on number line means on the opposite side of point P so just reverse the sign
i.e, Q is
[tex] - 2 \frac{3}{5} [/tex]

Which is the first option!
