Note the equal sign. What you do to one side, you do to the other. Do the opposite of PEMDAS.

First, add 10 to both sides

-6 (+10) = n/2 - 10 (+10)

10 - 6 = n/2

4 = n/2

Next, isolate the n. Multiply 2 to both sides

4(2) = n/2(2)

n = 4(2)

n = 8

8 is your answer
