we are given

[tex]\frac{x}{7.25} =4[/tex]

Since, we have to solve for x

so, we will isolate x on anyone side

Since, 7.25 is in denominator of x

so, we will get rid of 7.25 from denominator

that's why we will multiply both sides 7.25 to get rid of denominator

so, we get

[tex]7.25*\frac{x}{7.25} =7.25*4[/tex]

[tex]x =29[/tex]

so,

Answer is 7.25
