A sailboat went sideways 4 feet for every 30 feet it went forward. How many feet sideways did it go while it was going forward 360 feet? PLEASE EXPLAIN

it went 48 feet sideways because it went 360 feet forward which is 30*12. So you multiply 12 by 4 to get 48
