2^(16x)=16^(2x)

16=2⁴

2^(16x)=(2⁴)^(2x)
2^(16x)=2^(4*2x)
2^(16x)=2^(8x)

Therefore:
if a^n=a^m  ⇒n=m

16x=8x
16x-8x=0
8x=0
x=0/8=0

Answer: x=0
