     Circumference = 2 [tex] \pi [/tex] r 
                   18.84 = 2 [tex] \pi [/tex] r
9.42/[tex] \pi [/tex] = r

Area = [tex] \pi [/tex] r²
         = [tex] \pi [/tex] (9.42/[tex] \pi [/tex])²
         = 9.42²/[tex] \pi [/tex]
         = 28.25 mm²²
