n increased by 75% is (1 +0.75)n = 1.75n.
n decreased by 75% is (1 -0.75)n = 0.25n.

(n increased by 75%) decreased by 75% is 0.25(1.75n) = 0.4375n = (1 -0.5625)n

This is a decrease of 56.25% from the original number.
