(1) (d) New bandages should be placed on top of old bandages: this could lead to infection and although this would increase pressure to the wound, it would not be recommended as old bandages are covered in old blood. (2) (b) Environmental Protection Agency; noise pollution is considered an environmental issue as it affects wildlife, human habitats and can create a huge amount of disturbance.
