The operator must maintain the following pilot records for at least 5 years under the Pilot Records Improvement Act, EXCEPT?
1) Any disciplinary action that was not subsequently over-turned
2) Any release from employment or resignation, termination, or disqualification with respect to employment
3) Compensation history
4) Training, qualification, proficiency, and professional competency
